Yes but that interception was the game . Should have thrown the ball away. He cannot hit anything long . All the yards came on short passes - yards after catch . They need to draft a quarterback next year , to at least have a quarterback they can start grooming.

That's a great idea, but, who is going to groom him? I agree that Fitz can't throw the long ball, but if we don't have anyone who can, why take a qb out of the draft? I'm sticking with the fact that we should have picked up Micael Vick. At least he can run AND throw the ball downfield.

We would have been better even keeping Vince Young on the Roster . At least he was exciting watch . We trade for Jackson and he does not even dress ! And Thigpen is pathetic . We can not even go to the bench for a backup that may spark the team.

Bill that is a very counter intuitive and ridiculous statement. By saying that, you are implying that the team would be playing with one less player if Vanek was not on the team which isn't the case. I played semi pro during the lockout of 2005 and I can tell you first hand, players positions and pay in organizations are negatively affected when an NHL player signs with a lower league.
